We know that you will be pleased with your purchase from Dealbuyer.com however, there may be occasions when you will need to return your item to us.
Items Damaged in Transit
If any items were damaged in transit, we ask that you report it to us within 3 working days. If the items are visibly damaged on receipt, it is best to refuse the delivery and sign the courier's delivery note accordingly. If damage is realised after taking delivery we will collect the goods from you after agreeing a suitable collection date/time. Once received back into our warehouse, we will issue a replacement or full refund to you via your original payment method. *
Items Faulty on Arrival
If your items are faulty on arrival, you have 30 days in which to inform us of the fault. We will then arrange with you a suitable date/time to collect the item and issue a replacement. We test returned items, and if a returned item is found not to be faulty by our engineers we will contact you, in this instance you will be liable for the return carriage. *
Items Faulty in Warranty Period
If any of your purchases develop a fault, and it's more than 30 days since receipt, then provided your item is within its warranty period, you are entitled to a return to base warranty repair. In some cases, manufacturers provide a specialist full on-site service and/or telephone help facilities for your convenience which we recommend you use in order to correct the fault quickly. To discuss a warranty repair please contact us on 08456 888822 or email@example.com to obtain an RMA number. Please note: Software is not covered by your warranty. *
The Warranty covers normal use of a product and will be void in accordance to any of the below exceptions:
1.0 Damage during return shipment by you to Dealbuyer
1.1 Your failure to provide a suitable installation or operating environment for the item
1.2 Impact with other objects, dropping, falls, spilled liquids or immersion in liquids
1.3 Usage not in accordance with the user instructions provided with the product
1.4 Failure to perform required preventive maintenance
1.5 Accident, abuse, misuse or neglect
1.6 Natural disasters such as flood, fire or lightning
1.7 Problems with electrical power such as power surges and
1.8 The use of parts, components, services or software not supplied by Dealbuyer.com
1.9 This Warranty does not cover damage resulting from failure to back up data or other files, nor does it cover damage caused by programs, data, viruses or other files. Dealbuyer is not responsible for any loss of your data and recommends that you maintain a backup system at all times to rebuild or reconstruct lost or altered files, data or programs.
If you change your mind
If you have simply changed your mind about any item ordered and you wish to return it, then in line with the Distance Selling Regulations you can do so provided you inform us of your decision within 14 days of receipt. The item must be 'as new' when returned to us. Once you've informed us that you wish to return goods under the DSR, you have 14 days to do so. Dealbuyer cannot be held responsible for any shipping charges occured to the buyer for a change of mind return. The buyer will need to arrange the shipping back to our return address below.
Alternative Dispute Resolution
You have the right to refer a complaint to an Alternative Dispute Resolution (ADR) provider. However, as ADR is voluntary and is not a procedure to which we subscribe, any ADR decision would not be binding. You can submit your complaint via the Online Dispute Resolution platform, which can be found at http://ec.europa.eu
