We know that you will be pleased with your purchase from however, there may be occasions when you will need to return your item to us.

Items Damaged in Transit
If any items were damaged in transit, we ask that you report it to us within 3 working days. If the items are visibly damaged on receipt, it is best to refuse the delivery and sign the courier's delivery note accordingly. If damage is realised after taking delivery, we will collect the goods from you after agreeing a suitable collection date/time. Once received back into our warehouse, we will issue a replacement or full refund to you via your original payment method. *

Items Faulty on Arrival - Within 30 days
If your items are faulty on arrival, you have 30 days in which to inform us of the fault. We will then arrange with you a suitable date/time to collect the item and issue a replacement. We test returned items, and if a returned item is found not to be faulty by our engineers, we will contact you, in this instance you will be liable for the return carriage. *

Over 30 day’s - Return to Base Warranty
If an item becomes faulty after 30 days and up till 6 months you have the right to a either a repair or replacement free of charge, or if this turns out to be too difficult or costly you may be offered a price reduction or your money back.

Over 6 Months
If your product becomes faulty, you still have the right to have your goods repaired or replaced for free or, at least, to a price reduction or your money back. However, you may need to prove that the problem existed when you received the goods and you will be responsible for shipping the product back to us.

Over 30 day’s Manufacturer’s Warranty
If a product is purchased with a manufacturer’s warranty and becomes faulty after 30 days, you need to contact the manufacturer using the details below. We cannot take items back that have a manufacturer’s warranty as they will ONLY deal with the end user.

Warranty Information
The Warranty covers normal use of a product and will be void in accordance to any of the below exceptions:
1.0 Damage during return shipment by you to Dealbuyer
1.1 Your failure to provide a suitable installation or operating environment for the item
1.2 Impact with other objects, dropping, falls, spilled liquids or immersion in liquids
1.3 Usage not in accordance with the user instructions provided with the product
1.4 Failure to perform required preventive maintenance
1.5 Accident, abuse, misuse or neglect
1.6 Natural disasters such as flood, fire or lightning
1.7 Problems with electrical power such as power surges and
1.8 The use of parts, components, services or software not supplied by
1.9 This Warranty does not cover damage resulting from failure to back up data or other files, nor does it cover damage caused by programs, data, viruses or other files. Dealbuyer is not responsible for any loss of your data and recommends that you maintain a backup system at all times to rebuild or reconstruct lost or altered files, data or programs.

If you change your mind
If you have simply changed your mind about any item ordered and you wish to return it, then in line with the Distance Selling Regulations you can do so provided you inform us of your decision within 14 days of receipt. Once you've informed us that you wish to return goods under the DSR, you have 14 days to do so. Dealbuyer cannot be held responsible for any shipping charges occurred to the buyer for a change of mind return. The buyer will need to arrange the shipping back to our return address below. The unit needs to be returned in the same condition it was received in. If the unit is in a different condition then a small re-stocking may be taken from the refund.
Alternative Dispute Resolution
You have the right to refer a complaint to an Alternative Dispute Resolution (ADR) provider. However, as ADR is voluntary and is not a procedure to which we subscribe, any ADR decision would not be binding. Returns Costs & Methods
Dealbuyer will refund the cost of sending an item back to us up to 6 months if it’s defective, damaged or incorrect, and in many cases, we’ll provide you with a pre-paid returns label. If your return is not the result of a Dealbuyer error, and you’re using a pre-paid return label, we’ll deduct the cost of the return from your refund. For returns from within the UK, costs start at £5.50. Please note that returns that contain multiple items, or large items, may cost more. We offer various returns methods which will differ depending on the item(s) you’re returning
