What Does Item Condition Mean?

We are constantly scouring the market to bring the very best deals for you. These items are often brand new but some can be factory refurbished. We clearly state on the product page the condition of the item you are viewing, these can be displayed as things like "Brand New" or "Refurbished Grade A". If you move over or select these condition labels the site will pop-up a detailed explanation of what these mean. You may also view our item grading page to see details of all the conditions of the products we sell. All of our products carry a fully comprehensive 1 year parts and labour warranty and you are protected by our 14 Day money back guarantee.
