How do I place an order?
Browse our products, add items to your cart, and complete checkout using your preferred payment method.
What payment methods do you accept?
We accept major payment methods at checkout, including debit/credit cards. Depending on availability, options include PayPal, Apple Pay, Google Pay, Klarna, and PayPal Credit (subject to approval).
Can I pay later with Klarna?
If Klarna is available at checkout, you can choose Pay Later or Pay in instalments (subject to eligibility and approval). Klarna will provide confirmation and payment reminders by email.
What do your product condition terms mean?
- Brand New – Factory sealed and unused.
- New – Open Box – Packaging opened; product is unused or in excellent condition.
- Refurbished – Professionally tested, inspected, and restored to full working order; cosmetic appearance may vary.
Do refurbished items have a warranty?
All our products include a minimum 12 month warranty. Please check the product page for more details.
Will I receive a VAT invoice?
A VAT invoice is typically emailed when your order ships (or can be requested if needed).
How soon will my order be sent?
Orders placed before the daily cut-off (often 4pm, Monday–Friday) are typically dispatched the same working day. Delivery options and timing are shown at checkout.
Do you send paper invoices?
We aim to keep orders paperless, but a paper copy can be provided on request.
What if I need to return an item?
If you need to return something (faulty, damaged, or change of mind), please follow the steps in your Returns & Refunds policy page. If you’re unsure, contact support with your order number.
