Returns & Refund Policy – DealBuyer (UK)
1. Cancellation & Change of Mind
Under UK law, you have a 30-day right to cancel your order for any reason from the date you receive your item. To exercise this right:

Notify us by email at sales@dealbuyer.com within 30 calendar days of receipt.

Return the item within 30 days of notifying us.
Conditions for a valid change-of-mind return:

The item must be new, unused and in resalable condition, with all original packaging, manuals, accessories, and tags intact.

You must provide proof of purchase (order number/receipt).
Once received and inspected, refunds will be processed within 14 days of receiving the returned item.
Return postage costs for change-of-mind cancellations are your responsibility unless the item is faulty.
2. Faulty or Defective Items
If a product is faulty, defective or not as described, you are entitled to a remedy under the UK Consumer Rights Act 2015.

If reported as faulty within the first six (6) months, we may collect the item at our expense.

After six months, you are responsible for returning the item.
Once a fault is verified, we will provide a remedy in the following order:

Refunds for faulty or defective items are issued within 14 days of agreement that a refund is due. Faulty item returns may be eligible for return cost reimbursement if reported within six months.
3. Return Process & Shipping
Before returning any item:

Shipping costs:

Non-faulty returns: You are responsible for return shipping.

Faulty returns: Postage costs will be covered when reported within six months.
All returned items must be sent securely and packaged to prevent damage.
4. Restocking Fee
A 10% restocking fee (based on product price) applies to non-defective returns to cover inspection, repackaging, and administrative costs.
No restocking fee applies to verified faulty or defective items.
5. Refunds
Refunds are typically processed within 14 days of receiving the returned item or proof of return, using the same payment method used for purchase.
For change-of-mind returns, we will refund the cost of the product and standard delivery; premium delivery charges may not be refundable.
