Product Conditions Explained

We believe customers should understand exactly what they are buying. Every product listing clearly identifies its condition:

• Brand New – New, unopened and unused.
• Open Box – An unused product in as-new condition. The packaging may have been opened, replaced or show some damage.
• Grade A – Fully tested and restored to excellent working order, with almost no signs of use. Very minor cosmetic marks or replacement packaging may be present.
• Grade B – Fully tested and in proper working order, but may display more noticeable cosmetic marks, scratches or signs of previous handling.
