At Dealbuyer, we aim to deliver your order quickly, safely and affordably. We offer free UK delivery within 2–5 working days, £2.99 next day delivery, and specialised shipping for oversized items. Below you’ll find full details about delivery times, costs, and how your order is processed.
Order Processing
All orders received before 4pm, Monday – Friday are shipped the same business day. Orders placed after this time, on weekends, or on UK public holidays will be processed on the next working day.

All delivery times are estimates and begin from the date of shipment, not the date of order.
How We Ship
We use a range of trusted courier services depending on your location, the size of your order, and the shipping option selected at checkout.
Large or oversized products that cannot be shipped via standard postal services will automatically be allocated the appropriate courier and will show the £9.99 shipping rate at checkout.
Tracking Your Order
Once your order is dispatched, you will receive a confirmation email with a tracking link for UK deliveries. Tracking allows you to monitor the progress of your delivery in real time.
Delivery Exceptions
Next Day Delivery may not be available for all postcodes or products. Specifically, it may not be offered if:
- Your postcode is in a restricted or excluded area.
- Your delivery address is outside the UK mainland.
- The product is too large or bulky for next-day courier services.
Alternative Delivery Addresses
You may enter an alternative shipping address during checkout. Please ensure all details are correct, as we are unable to change the delivery address after the order has been submitted.
Signature Requirement
All UK deliveries require a signature on receipt. Please ensure someone is available to sign for your parcel at the delivery address. If no one is available to sign, couriers will usually attempt redelivery or leave instructions on how to collect your parcel from a local depot.
International Shipping
At this time, our standard policy and rates apply to UK mainland deliveries only. If international shipping becomes available, any additional charges, duties, or taxes will be clearly shown at checkout prior to purchase.
