Shipping policy

The majority of our goods are dispatched to you via our overnight box courier DPD Local. For smaller, lighter items, the Royal Mail will be used.

DPD Local deliveries will need to be signed for so please make sure someone is in to take delivery! In order to save you waiting in all day unnecessarily you will receive an email or text from DPD Local with a 1 hour delivery slot.

 

For next working day delivery, orders must be placed before 4:00pm on Monday to Friday. Orders placed after 4:00pm on these days will be dispatched the following working day which excludes weekends.

Larger items that exceed one metre in length will be shipped out overnight via our courier FedEx

Please note any deliveries to the below postcodes may incur an extra delivery charge.

Weekend Delivery Service

Saturday and Sunday deliveries are now available on 95% of our products.

You can select to have your parcel delivered the following Saturday or Sunday on orders placed between Sunday & Friday 4:30pm.

Your parcel will be delivered by DPD Local and you will receive full tracking via email, including where possible a 1 hour predicted time slot on the morning of your delivery.

A £10 sur-charge is applied to any orders using the Saturday / Sunday service.
