How Do You Take Payments?
We use the industry leading Braintree service for payments on Dealbuyer.com. Whenever you are asked to enter card details this is being served from Braintree's servers and we do not store or process any card details on our own site or servers. We also accept payments via PayPal and Amazon Pay. You can also spread the payments of your purchases using PayPal credit or Klarna subject to acceptance.

Whilst we are confident that you will be happy with your purchases from Dealbuyer.com we appreciate there may be times when you need to return an item to us. Whether it is due to an item damaged in transit, faulty or even just a change of mind we are here for you and willing to help. What Does Item Condition Mean?
We are constantly scouring the market to bring the very best deals for you. These items are often brand new but some can be factory refurbished. We clearly state on the product page the condition of the item you are viewing, these can be displayed as things like "Brand New" or "Refurbished Grade A". If you move over or select these condition labels the site will pop-up a detailed explanation of what these mean. You may also view our item grading page to see details of all the conditions of the products we sell. All of our products carry a fully comprehensive 1 year parts and labour warranty and you are protected by our 14 Day money back guarantee.

Will I receive a VAT Invoice?
We email a VAT Invoice for every order that's shipped.

You can't buy Deal Buyer gift vouchers using Klarna. If you have a gift voucher and you're spending more than its balance, you can pay the outstanding amount using Pay Later with Klarna.
There's no minimum spend - simply add the items you love to your basket and head to checkout.

How do you pay using Pay Later with Klarna?
When you get to checkout, click ‘change’ under payment type and select ‘Add New Payment Method’.
Enter your card information.
Confirm your date of birth.
Click 'Place order'.
Confirm the phone number linked to your Deal Buyer account and enter the 6-digit verification code sent to you via SMS.

When do you have to pay for your order?
Klarna will send you an email within 2 days of your order being placed with payment instructions.
You'll have 30 days to complete the payment online. You can pay at your convenience, with no extra cost via credit or debit card.
You'll receive a reminder two days before your payment is due, and you'll also receive email reminders.

Having trouble paying with Klarna?
If you have any trouble placing an order with Klarna, it could be due to one of the following reasons:

Klarna may have rejected your application to pay on account. We'd recommend choosing another type of payment or placing an order for a smaller amount.
Klarna may not have been able to check your details using the billing address that you've provided. You'll need to make sure that your billing address is the same address that your bank/credit cards are registered to.
You may have outstanding payments on previous Klarna statements. Once these are paid off, try Pay Later with Klarna again. If you've recently paid off outstanding statements, please allow 24 hours before trying to pay through Klarna again.
You may have missed a required field at the checkout, such as filling in your Date of Birth.
If you haven't used Klarna before and you're shipping to a different address to your billing address, the payment may be declined.

How does paying off instalments work?
Orders are paid for in 3 interest free, monthly instalments.
You'll be asked to pay the first of the three instalments once your order has been confirmed at checkout.
Instalments 2 and 3 will automatically be collected from the debit or credit card you entered at checkout 30 and 60 days later, respectively.
You'll receive a reminder from Klarna 2 days before each instalment is collected.
If you miss one of your scheduled instalments and Klarna are unable to automatically withdraw the money from your account 2 days later, you'll be issued with a statement for the full amount due. You can find out more on missed Klarna repayments here.
