At Dealbuyer, we aim to deliver your order quickly, safely and affordably. Most orders now qualify for FREE Next Day Delivery to UK mainland, with specialised shipping options available for large or oversized items. Below you’ll find full details about delivery times, costs, and how your order is processed.
Order Processing
All orders received before 4pm, Monday – Friday are shipped the same business day. Orders placed after this time, on weekends, or on UK public holidays will be processed on the next working day.

All delivery times are estimates and begin from the date of shipment, not the date of order.
How We Ship
We use a range of trusted courier services depending on your location, the size of your order, and the shipping option selected at checkout.
Most items are shipped via next day courier services at no additional cost. Large or oversized products that cannot be shipped via standard postal services will automatically be allocated the appropriate courier and any applicable delivery charge will be clearly displayed at checkout.
Please note: Deliveries to remote or offshore locations — including the Isle of Man and Scottish Islands — may incur an additional shipping surcharge, particularly for large or oversized items. Any applicable charges will be shown before you complete your purchase.
Tracking Your Order
Once your order is dispatched, you will receive a confirmation email with a tracking link. Tracking allows you to monitor the progress of your delivery in real time.
Delivery Exceptions
While most orders qualify for free next day delivery, this may not be available in some circumstances, including:
- Delivery addresses in remote or offshore areas.
- Large or bulky items requiring specialist couriers.
- Unexpected courier or operational restrictions.
If next day delivery is not available for your order, the estimated delivery timeframe will be clearly shown at checkout.
Alternative Delivery Addresses
You may enter an alternative shipping address during checkout. Please ensure all details are correct, as we are unable to change the delivery address after the order has been submitted.
Signature Requirement
Some deliveries may require a signature upon receipt. Please ensure someone is available to accept your parcel. If no one is available, couriers will usually attempt redelivery or leave instructions on how to rearrange delivery or collect your parcel.
International Shipping
Our standard shipping policy currently applies to UK deliveries only. If international shipping becomes available in the future, any additional charges, duties, or taxes will be clearly shown at checkout prior to purchase.
